When talking to potential wedding clients, I always ask what they’re most looking forward to on their wedding day (other than marrying their person, of course). Their answers help me learn their priorities and ensure the final gallery includes everything they hoped for. Yesook and Dylan planned their Prince William Forest Park wedding with elements of summer camp. They included bubbles, Camp Cooper favor bags, and s’mores after the festivities. Yesook answered right away that she was really looking forward to some s’mores.

Some of the wedding locations were a hike (literally). One of the cutest details was matching his-and-her Adidas comfy shoes with the date emblazoned on them. Other on-theme details: vows written in “field notes” notebooks, and a guest book comprised of National Parks postcards for the guests to write and leave for the couple.

My favorite part of this wedding? The ceremony itself. Dylan’s dad described it best in his dinnertime toast; the couple made their vows inside a “cathedral of trees.” Given the sun shining through a canopy of leaves, the effect did deserve such a poetic description.
